What to include in your request.
The faster we get the details below, the faster we get back with an itemized quote.
- What you want: Product names, SKUs, or links from our catalog. For custom work, a description, sketch, or reference photo.
- Quantities: Per item. If you need multiple sizes or finishes of the same product, list each one.
- Target install date: Even rough (“late March”, “Q2 2026”) is fine. Helps us flag anything that's at risk of missing your timeline.
- Ship-to ZIP code: Required for accurate shipping cost. State and city alone aren't enough.
- Project context (optional): Residential, hospitality, restaurant. If you're a designer or contractor, mention it — you may qualify for trade pricing.
- Any custom modifications: Non-standard sizing, additional drain holes, drilled overflow, special edge profile, etc.
What we send back.
Within 24 business hours for projects under $10K, or up to 48 hours for larger commissions that require slab review. The quote includes:
- Itemized USD pricing per line, with quantities and any custom modifications priced separately
- DDP duties and applicable sales tax built in (no surprise customs invoices or tax bills)
- Shipping cost broken out by carrier and method (DHL/UPS/FedEx for basins, LTL freight for bathtubs)
- Lead times per item, calibrated to your install date
- Trade discount applied if you qualify
- Payment terms: 50% deposit / 50% pre-ship, or Net 30 if approved
- Quote validity (30 days, unless slab availability is tight)
What if I'm not sure exactly what I want?
That's fine. Email us with the rough scope (“master bath remodel, need vessel sink + bathtub + accent wall”) and we'll send a few catalog suggestions plus a ballpark range to help you plan budget. Then we refine into a formal quote once you've narrowed down.
