• Vessel sinks (in stock): Ships in 2–3 business days from Denizli. Delivers 7–10 business days to Lower 48 USA.
• Vessel sinks (made-to-order): 14–18 hours of carving per piece. Add 2 weeks to in-stock timeline. Total: ~3–4 weeks door-to-door.
• Bathtubs (in stock): Crated for LTL freight, ships in 4–5 business days. Delivers 10–14 business days via LTL.
• Bathtubs (made-to-order): 4–6 weeks of atelier production + 2–3 weeks of freight. Total: ~6–9 weeks door-to-door.
• Mosaics and slabs: 1–3 weeks production + 1–2 weeks shipping. Total: ~3–5 weeks door-to-door.

Shipping methods by region.

• Lower 48 (parcel): DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, or FedEx International — we route to whichever has the best service to your ZIP. Tracked end-to-end. $12 standard / FREE over $500.
• Alaska and Hawaii: Same carriers, add 3–5 business days. $25 standard / FREE over $750.
• LTL Freight (bathtubs, large slabs, tables): Crated and palletized. We use Old Dominion, FedEx Freight, or XPO depending on your zone. Curbside delivery standard. White-glove available on request (+$200–$450).
• Canada: We can ship to Canadian addresses with DDP duties included. Pricing quoted per order. Email us before ordering.
• UK, EU, Australia, UAE: Available but quoted per order. DDP included, duties and VAT built in at checkout.

What DDP actually means.

DDP stands for “Delivered Duty Paid.” It means we, as the seller, are responsible for getting the goods through US customs and into your hands. We handle:

• Export documentation from Türkiye (no action needed from you)
• US import declarations (CBP filing handled by our broker)
• Import duties (approximately 6–8% of goods value for natural stone, varies slightly by HS code)
• Brokerage fees and clearance charges
• Final-mile delivery to your address

You see one US price at checkout. There's no separate invoice from customs, no surprise duty bill, no carrier holding your shipment hostage for unpaid fees.

Insurance, included.

Every BASINCRAFT shipment is fully insured at the full retail value of the goods. We pay the insurance premium ourselves — you don't see it as a line item, and you don't have to buy it separately.

If something arrives damaged, file under the 30-day damage guarantee. We handle the insurance claim with the carrier on the back end; you just need to send four photos and we ship a replacement.

Tracking your order.

Within 1–2 business days of your order shipping, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also reply to that email at any time to ask about the status, and we'll trace it directly with the carrier within 4 business hours.
