Standard parcel shipping to all 48 contiguous US states. Free over $500. 7–14 day door-to-door window.
AK & HI
Anchorage, Honolulu, and out-island delivery. Add 3–5 business days. Same insurance and tracking.
DUTIES
US import duties (about 6–8% of goods value) are built into every checkout price. Customs never invoices you later.

DDP stands for “Delivered Duty Paid.” It means we, as the seller, are responsible for getting the goods through US customs and into your hands. We handle:
You see one US price at checkout. There's no separate invoice from customs, no surprise duty bill, no carrier holding your shipment hostage for unpaid fees.
Every BASINCRAFT shipment is fully insured at the full retail value of the goods. We pay the insurance premium ourselves — you don't see it as a line item, and you don't have to buy it separately.
If something arrives damaged, file under the 30-day damage guarantee. We handle the insurance claim with the carrier on the back end; you just need to send four photos and we ship a replacement.
Within 1–2 business days of your order shipping, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also reply to that email at any time to ask about the status, and we'll trace it directly with the carrier within 4 business hours.
