Who qualifies.

The Trade Program is open to working interior designers, architects, contractors, design-build firms, kitchen and bath dealers, hospitality procurement teams, and developers with a verifiable business and at least one completed project. We don't ask for a minimum order, but we do verify that you're actually doing professional work — not buying for personal use under a studio name.

How to apply.

Email trade@basincraft.com with:

Studio or business name
Website or portfolio link (Instagram OK if no website)
One recent completed project (photo or case study)
Primary contact name and role
Billing address and state (for resale certificate processing if applicable)

We approve qualified applications within 5 business days. You'll receive a personalized trade portal link with your discount code, dedicated specialist contact, and access to slab-photo reviews.

How the tiers work.

Every approved trade partner starts at Tier 1: 10% off retail pricing on all standard catalog pieces, plus stackable on samples.

Once your cumulative annual order volume reaches $25,000, you automatically move to Tier 2: 15% off. At $50,000 annual volume, you move to Tier 3: 20% off. Tier upgrades take effect on your next order and continue for the full calendar year.

Custom commissions are quoted separately and not part of the standard tier discount, but Trade partners receive priority production scheduling and dedicated craftsperson assignment.

Net 30 terms.

After your second successful order, you can request Net 30 payment terms. Approval is based on order history and a basic credit check. Once approved, you can place orders with 50% deposit and 50% net 30 days from delivery — helpful for billing clients on your own timeline.

What's not included.

The trade discount does not apply to: gift cards, sample packs over the standard $25 fee, third-party freight upcharges, expedited DHL Express upgrades, or commissions explicitly quoted at “net trade.” It also doesn't stack with promotional codes or seasonal discounts — trade pricing already represents our best customer pricing.
