Cut from natural marble and mounted on mesh, Green Distressed Marble Mosaic 2x2 is made in our workshop in Denizli rather than bought in. Chip format is 2x2. Chips sit on a straight grid, quiet enough to run the full height of a wall without fighting anything else in the room.

Surface and color. Chips are tumbled and edge-worn before setting, which knocks the corners back and gives a wall that looks like it has been there a while. The color range is blue, gray, green and black. Natural stone carries its own variation — that variation is the point, but it means you should buy the whole job at once. Within our marble range, Green is the seam that gives this particular color.

Where it works. Common applications are bathroom walls, kitchen backsplashes, powder-room accent walls and exterior façade panels on sheltered elevations. For floor use, check the finish against the traffic the room actually takes.

Setting it. Seal after installation with a breathable impregnating sealer, and again every couple of years in a wet area. Set it on a flat, primed substrate with a white polymer-modified thin-set; gray adhesive can shadow through a light stone.

What the photographs show. The photographs show the sheet two ways. One frame is shot flat so you can read chip size, joint width and how the color is distributed. The rest show it installed at room scale, which is the only reliable way to judge how a small repeating pattern behaves across a large surface.
